I teach adult beginner, intermediate and advanced classes throughout the greater Orlando, Florida area. Students in beginner classes do not need to have prior experience - just the willingness to learn! Stay tuned for the latest class schedules and locations.

This Adult beginner watercolor project painting will feature the flamingo. At one time, flamingos in Florida were found only at zoos or decorating people’s lawns. Now, wild flamingos have been counted in Florida, believed to have been swept here from Hurrican Idalia. In this class you will learn how to apply a pattern, add details and color and much more! Truly a “snow bird” the eastern buntings relocate to Florida toward the beginning of October sometimes as early as August. This Adult beginner watercolor project painting a mushroom (there will be more than one pattern). Mushrooms abound in the wet conditions at TLNC during our warmer months. I also teach a limited number of children’s classes at Trout Lake Nature Center as part of their education program. Students do not need to have prior experience - just the willingness to learn!

Classes are most appropriate for 6- to 12-year-olds and everyone must register to attend. Cost is $35/child and all supplies with be included.
Upcoming classes are the Frog on June 18 and Duck on July 16. These are Thursday morning classes from 10-12.
